Lynn's Organic Chicks

My breeding stock has been imported from Sicily and has been checked for Salmonella and general health. The birds are endangered, even in Sicily. The breed goes back hundreds of years and can be clearly identified in paintings by the 'old masters'. The birds have a very unusual cup comb and olive green legs. The hens are fairly small and prolific layers of a very good sized egg (@ 56g). They make fantastic garden birds and are very friendly though the cockerels do sing rather a lot!
